SPIRIT CVSD (Continuously Variable Slope Delta Modulation) codec is designed
for use in military communication systems.
The codec supports different bitrates in the range of 16…32 kbps (each bitrate
demands a corresponding sampling rate). It is based on the delta modulation
algorithm and demonstrates good performance in noisy environment.
